Expanding the LIG Family
Founder Jayden Patel partnered with Jose De Paz to launch LIG Development, bringing construction and renovation capabilities fully in-house. That same year, Jayden connected with Susie Robb and together they founded LIG Designs — a full-service interior design and FF&E procurement firm serving both commercial hospitality and residential clients. Two new companies, one shared vision.

Leading acquisition and repositioning of select-service hotel assets nationwide, overseeing brand compliance, renovation timelines, and revenue optimization strategies.
