Jayden Patel
Principal & Founder
Jayden founded Lakshmi Investment Group in 2022 with a vision to build a real estate and hospitality company defined by integrity, excellence, and genuine relationships. He leads acquisition strategy and overall direction — working closely with Jose on hotel PIPs and residential renovations, and with Susie to ensure every space is designed to the highest standard. He partners with Harsh to evaluate deals and keep the business financially sound. His long-term goal is to make Lakshmi Investment Group one of the most respected companies in the industry. Jayden firmly believes that a company's greatest asset is not the number of properties it owns or the volume of projects it has completed — it is the people behind it. That belief shapes everything, from how he builds the team to how he leads it: with a family-first culture where every member is valued, supported, and set up to succeed.

Harsh Patel
Managing Partner
Harsh is the financial backbone of Lakshmi Investment Group. He manages accounting, the numbers that keep the business running, and serves as the primary point of contact for clients once a deal is underway. He works closely with Jayden on deal structuring and investor relations, and coordinates with Jose and Susie to keep project budgets and timelines aligned. Known for his resilience, Harsh approaches every challenge with a steady hand and an unwavering commitment to getting the job done. No matter the obstacle, he finds a way forward — and the people he works with know they can count on him.

Jose De Paz
Managing Partner & Director of Development
Known across the team as the man with the plan, Jose De Paz oversees all development and construction for Lakshmi Investment Group — and he doesn't just manage from the office. He works directly with Jayden on hotel PIPs and residential renovations, and partners with Susie to ensure construction and design are fully aligned from start to finish. He coordinates with Harsh to keep projects on budget and on schedule. Jose is hands-on with the crew at every stage, and he operates with a simple philosophy: quality over quantity. Every project gets his full attention, and nothing leaves his watch unless it's done right.

Susie Robb
Director of Design & Procurement
A West Texas native and BFA graduate of the University of Utah, Susie leads all interior design and FF&E procurement for Lakshmi Investment Group. She works hand-in-hand with Jose on hotel renovations and residential projects, ensuring every space is as functional as it is beautiful, and collaborates with Jayden and Harsh to deliver within brand standards and budget. With deep experience across commercial hospitality and residential design, she brings a rare level of craft and intention to every environment she touches — and is the founder of the 626 Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that designs and furnishes homes for families in need.
